CHAPTER 353C - COLLECTION OF DEBTS OWED TO STATE AGENCY

“Agreement” means a transaction between one or more persons and an agency or the State of Nevada whereby each party to the transaction becomes obligated to the other with reciprocal rights to demand performance of what is promised by the other.
