CHAPTER 353C - COLLECTION OF DEBTS OWED TO STATE AGENCY

The remedies of this state provided for in this chapter are intended to supplement existing remedies applicable to the collection of debts. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to limit or repeal additional remedies agreed to by any person or an agency in any written agreement or contract with this state.
