CHAPTER 355 - PUBLIC INVESTMENTS
INVESTMENTS AND LOANS BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITIES ESTABLISHED BY COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

No governing body of any local government or agency, as defined in NRS 354.474, may invest any of its moneys, or any part thereof, in:

1. Its own securities of any kind.

2. Interim warrants from any source.
