CHAPTER 356 - DEPOSITORIES OF PUBLIC MONEY AND SECURITIES
PROGRAM TO MONITOR COLLATERAL MAINTAINED BY CERTAIN DEPOSITORIES

The State Treasurer shall adopt such regulations as he or she determines are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 356.300 to 356.390, inclusive.
