RECOVERY FEES FOR TAXES ON HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROPERTY

To verify the accuracy of any report filed pursuant to NRS 361.831 or, if no such report is filed, to determine the compliance of a heavy equipment rental company with NRS 361.831, the Department, or any person authorized in writing by the Department, may examine the books, papers and records of any person who is required to comply with NRS 361.831.
