GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Transporter” means a person, except a supplier or an exporter licensed pursuant to this chapter, who transports motor vehicle fuel or fuel for jet or turbine-powered aircraft by pipeline, rail or truck in interstate commerce to or from any point within this State, or solely within this State.
