CHAPTER 365 - TAXES ON CERTAIN FUELS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES AND AIRCRAFT
PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT

County sheriffs and all other peace officers and traffic officers of this State shall, without further compensation, assist in the enforcement of this chapter, and they shall make arrests for this purpose when requested by the Department or its duly authorized agents.
