CHAPTER 366 - TAX ON SPECIAL FUEL
PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT

County sheriffs and all other peace officers and traffic officers of this State shall, without further compensation, assist in the enforcement of this chapter, and make arrests for that purpose when requested by the Department or its duly authorized agents.
