CHAPTER 369 - INTOXICATING LIQUOR: LICENSES AND TAXES
SUPPLIERS, IMPORTERS AND PERMISSIBLE PERSONS

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 369.386, 369.415, 597.230, 597.235 and 597.237, a supplier shall not engage in the business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages in this State.
