CHAPTER 375A - TAX ON ESTATES
ADMINISTRATION

The Department must not be charged a fee for filing, recording or certifying any petition, lis pendens, decree or order for taking any oath or acknowledgment, in any proceedings under this chapter. No undertaking may be required from the Department or the State in any such proceeding.
