NRS 378.130: Legislative appropriations.

Funds to carry out the provisions of this chapter must be provided by legislative appropriation from the General Fund, and must be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. All claims must be approved by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator before they are paid.
