CHAPTER 379 - PUBLIC LIBRARIES
CERTIFICATION OF PERSONNEL

The purpose of certifying the personnel of public libraries is to protect the general welfare of the people of this State. Any certificate issued by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator is a revocable privilege and no holder of a certificate acquires any vested right therein.
