CHAPTER 380 - LAW LIBRARIES
ADMINISTRATION

The board of county commissioners shall provide an adequate facility for the use of a law library established under the provisions of this chapter whenever such a facility is demanded by a board of law library trustees of that county or as the need for such a facility may otherwise appear.
