PRESERVATION OF PREHISTORIC AND HISTORIC SITES
Permit to Investigate, Explore or Excavate Historic or Prehistoric Site on Federal or State Lands

Failure to begin work under the permit within 6 months after the effective date of a permit described in NRS 381.197, or failure to prosecute diligently such work after it is begun, shall render the permit void without any order from the Board.
