NRS 383.041: Administrator: Duties; employment of personnel.

The Administrator, subject to administrative supervision by the Director, is responsible for carrying out all provisions of law relating to the functions of the Office. The Administrator may employ, within the limits of available money, any clerical and operational personnel necessary for the administration of the Office.
