CHAPTER 387 - FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF SCHOOL SYSTEM
FEDERAL MONEY

When administering money received from the Federal Government, the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the Department or the State Board, as applicable, shall, to the extent practicable, administer the money in a manner that is designed to attain the goals of the Legislature regarding educational reform in this State.
