BUDGETS; FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY; SHORT-TERM FINANCING; EXPENDITURES

A medium-term obligation for the purpose of meeting a great necessity may be authorized by the board of trustees of a school district in the manner provided in chapter 350 of NRS.
