The provisions of NRS 387.602 to 387.644, inclusive, apply only to the extent that money is made available by the Legislature to carry out the provisions of those sections. The Legislative Counsel Bureau may accept gifts, grants and other sources of money to provide financial assistance in expanding the number of school districts selected for reviews pursuant to NRS 387.602 to 387.644, inclusive.
