NRS 388.340: Superintendent of Public Instruction to employ personnel for positions approved by State Board to carry out career and technical education.

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall, except as otherwise provided in NRS 388.342, employ personnel for such positions as are approved by the State Board and necessary to carry out properly the provisions of this title relating to career and technical education.
