NRS 388.4071: Board of trustees required to ensure each teacher receive training concerning English language acquisition; Department to develop and provide guidance concerning such training.

1. The board of trustees of each school district shall ensure that each licensed teacher employed by the school district receives training concerning English language acquisition.

2. The Department shall develop and provide guidance to each school district in this State concerning the training required by subsection 1.
