Program for Persons With Disabilities With Unique Needs

Persons with disabilities who are entitled to benefits pursuant to NRS 388.5223 to 388.5243, inclusive, must be given priority of placement in homes or facilities which are located in this State and under the authority of the Department of Human Services.
