CHARTER SCHOOL FINANCING LAW
General Provisions

“Obligor” means a charter school, natural person, partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, trust, estate, political subdivision, state agency or any other legal entity, or its legal representative, agent or assigns, who agrees to make the payments required by a financing agreement.
