CHAPTER 388G - ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT
ORGANIZATION OF LARGE SCHOOL DISTRICTS
General Provisions

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provisions of NRS 388G.510 to 388G.810, inclusive, apply to each large school district.

2. If any school district that is not a large school district at the beginning of a school year becomes a large school district during the school year, the provisions of NRS 388G.510 to 388G.810, inclusive, apply to that school district at the beginning of the immediately succeeding school year.
