NRS 390.425: Department required to provide written summary of provisions to school districts and charter schools; distribution of written summary to school officials.

Each year, the Department shall provide to the board of trustees of each school district and to the governing body of each charter school a written summary of NRS 390.350 to 390.430, inclusive. Upon receipt of the written summary, the board of trustees or governing body, as appropriate, shall provide a copy of the written summary to all other school officials within the school district or charter school.
