NRS 391.023: Regulations for relief from other regulations and for resolution of medical or administrative conflicts.

The Commission may adopt regulations which provide relief from the strict application of the terms of its regulations relating to the licensure of teachers and other educational personnel for the resolution of medical or administrative conflicts. The conflicts must be resolved within 6 months after the date the relief is granted.
