NRS 391.036: Regulations of Commission providing for expedited licensure of spouse of member of Armed Forces on active duty.

The Commission shall adopt regulations which provide for the expedited processing of applications for a license to teach in this State and for employment in a school district for a spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who is on active duty.
