NRS 392.060: Enrollment and attendance excused upon completion of 12 grades of elementary and high school.

Enrollment and attendance required by the provisions of NRS 392.040 shall be excused when satisfactory written evidence is presented to the board of trustees of the school district in which the child resides that the child has already completed the 12 grades of the elementary and high school courses.
