CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ADJUDICATED DELINQUENT FOR SEXUAL OFFENSE OR SEXUALLY MOTIVATED ACT

“Victim” means a child identified in a notification as a victim of a sexual offense or a sexually motivated act committed by the offender.
