NRS 392.748: “Subject area of reading” defined. [Effective July 1, 2028.]

As used in NRS 392.748 to 392.790, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “subject area of reading” includes, without limitation, phonological and phonemic awareness, decoding skills, reading fluency and vocabulary and reading comprehension.
