CHAPTER 393 - SCHOOL PROPERTY
EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND PRINTING

The board of trustees of a school district shall provide a suitable flag of the United States for each schoolhouse in the school district. The flag shall be hoisted on the schoolhouse or flagpole on all days when school is in session.
