CHAPTER 393 - SCHOOL PROPERTY
LEASE OR RENTAL OF REAL PROPERTY OF SCHOOL DISTRICT HAVING RENTAL VALUE OF $5,000 OR LESS A YEAR

Notice of the adoption of the resolution and the time and place of holding the meeting shall be given by publication of the resolution at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the school district.
