NRS 394.098: “Postsecondary education” defined.

“Postsecondary education” is limited to education or educational services offered by an institution which is privately owned to persons who have completed or terminated their elementary and secondary education or who are beyond the age of compulsory school enrollment and attendance for the attainment of academic, professional or vocational objectives.
