CHAPTER 394 - PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND ESTABLISHMENTS
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Private schools” means private elementary and secondary educational institutions. The term does not include a home in which instruction is provided to a child who is excused from compulsory enrollment and attendance pursuant to NRS 392.070.
