COMMISSION ON POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION; PRIVATE POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Before a postsecondary educational institution employs agents or contracts with persons to act as agents for the institution, it must apply for and receive from the Administrator authorization for the employment of agents.
