CHAPTER 394 - PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND ESTABLISHMENTS
ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

Funds to carry out the provisions of NRS 394.201 to 394.610, inclusive, shall be provided by legislative appropriation from the General Fund, and shall be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid.
