CHAPTER 396 - NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION
BOARD OF REGENTS

Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of the Office of Regent, every person elected as a Regent under the provisions of this chapter shall take and subscribe the official oath and file the same in the Office of the Secretary of State.
