CHAPTER 396 - NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION
UNIVERSITY SECURITIES LAW

“Board” means the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada, constituting the governing body of the State University and a body corporate and politic by the name of the “Board of Regents of the University of Nevada,” is a political subdivision of this state, and means any successor governing body of the University.
