CHAPTER 396 - NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION
UNIVERSITY SECURITIES LAW

“State” means the State of Nevada, or any board, department or other agency or instrumentality thereof, in the United States; and where the context so indicates, “State” means the geographical area comprising the State of Nevada.
