CHAPTER 396 - NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION
UNIVERSITY SECURITIES LAW

“University” means the Nevada System of Higher Education, the State University constituting a body corporate and politic, a political subdivision of this State, with the seat located in the City of Reno, in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada.
