THE GOVERNOR GUINN MILLENNIUM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

“Memorial Scholarship” means the Kenny C. Guinn Memorial Millennium Scholarship that is awarded to a student from the account established pursuant to NRS 396.940.
