CHAPTER 397 - WESTERN REGIONAL EDUCATION COMPACT

“Participant” means a person who receives a stipend from the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education to participate in a program administered by the Nevada Office or the office of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education established pursuant to Article 7 of the Compact.
