CHAPTER 403 - COUNTY ROADS, HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES
BOARD OF COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMISSIONERS

1. The board of county highway commissioners of each of the several counties shall be composed of the regularly elected and qualified county commissioners.

2. Members shall hold office until their successors are duly elected or appointed, and qualified.
