CHAPTER 403 - COUNTY ROADS, HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES
COUNTY ROAD SUPERVISORS AND BOARDS OF ROAD COMMISSIONERS

The board of county highway commissioners may, at its option, appoint a county road supervisor who shall hold office during the pleasure of the board.
