CHAPTER 404 - ROAD DISTRICTS
COUNTIES POLLING 1,800 TO 2,999 VOTES

The board of county commissioners of each county polling at the last general election not less than 1,800 votes and not more than 2,999 votes may, for the purpose of supervision of roads, divide the county into road districts, each appropriately designated.
