CHAPTER 404 - ROAD DISTRICTS
COUNTIES POLLING 3,000 OR MORE VOTES

The board of county commissioners of each county polling at the last general election 3,000 votes or over, to be determined by the vote cast for Secretary of State, shall, for the purpose of supervision of roads, divide the county into road districts, each appropriately designated.
