CHAPTER 404 - ROAD DISTRICTS
RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF BOUNDARIES

The board of county commissioners of any county is authorized to re-establish the boundaries of any road district within the county whenever the board shall deem the boundaries of such road district to be indistinct or indefinite as such boundaries appear upon the records of the board of county commissioners.
