CHAPTER 405 - CONTROL AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS
BILLBOARDS, SIGNS AND ADVERTISING

All patrol officers and maintenance and construction employees of the Department of Transportation shall report any violation of NRS 405.020 to 405.100, inclusive, to the board of county commissioners wherein any violation may occur.
