NRS 405.150: District attorney to commence action for recovery of expenses.

Upon receiving the bill of expense as provided in NRS 405.130, the district attorney shall immediately commence an action in any court of competent jurisdiction for the recovery of such an amount as is set forth in the itemized bill of expense together with the costs of the suit.
