MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

A gate that:

1. Operates by electrical power;

2. Provides access for vehicular traffic; and

3. Is installed on or after March 1, 2000,

Ê must comply with the requirements of the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Standard for Safety 325, as published on September 18, 1998, and effective on March 1, 2000.
