NRS 407A.565: Authority to purchase material and incur expenses.

The Administrator may purchase such material and incur such expenses for traveling and other purposes as may be necessary for the proper conduct and maintenance of the Division, to be paid from the money which may be appropriated for such purposes from time to time, as other state claims are paid.
